DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD?

No, alternatively a debito or prepaid card will be ok (PAYPAL AND SIMILAR) with an availability of € 200.00, or even just a cash deposit of € 200.00.

WHERE TO RETURN THE CAR IN THE AIRPORT ?

You will not have to worry about looking for any parking or office, no queues to do, we will pick you up at the arrivals and take you to your car. You will find your contract ready in the car and in 10 minutes you will be ready to leave.

WHERE WILL I GIVE BACK THE CAR IN THE AIRPORT?

Our staff, when you will pick up the car, will give you instructions on how to return the car. The procedure is simple and fast.

WHAT YOU NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION?

It will be enough to send us a copy of the driver license and a mobile  phone number.

HOW DOES KASCO INSURANCE WORK?

Our insurance policy fully covers the following cases: Theft, fire, damage resulting from road accidents (regardless of the direct liability of the driver) and vandalism.

The only existing exemption, the only uncovering is foreseen, for a ceiling of € 100.00, for damages deriving from car negligence or misuse of the vehicle. By way of example: impacts, during maneuvering, against walls, trees or other objects that are not other vehicles. It will also be your responsibility to keep the interior, the upholstery and the GPS in good condition if you want to use it.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD A SECOND DRIVER?

Yes, this will be free if the customer makes the payment in cash, alternatively it will cost € 5.00 per day.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A CHILD SEAT / RISE?

Yes, just request it with you car and it will always be free.

IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM DURING OUR TRIP, WHAT DO I MAKE ?

Whatever happens, it will be enough to promptly call our staff, we will find the quickest solution.
